Surgical Microscope with LED
Surgical microscope: we have the newest global scopes equipped with an enhanced lens for an increased field of view and increased focusing options. Also we can take pictures and videos of the treatment to help educate both the dentist and the patient at time of consultation and treatment.
CBCT Scanner
Dr. Breig uses cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) technology from Kodak to produce high-resolution 3D images of your mouth. These images help him prepare to execute root canal treatment with the greatest of accuracy. What’s more, CBCT scanners operate with a fraction of the radiation of conventional imaging equipment. That makes them safer for you! When your health is the goal, why compromise it while trying to improve it?
Piezo / Ultrasonic technology
Using a handheld ultrasonic tool, Dr. Breig can enhance the cleaning and the shaping of the root canal system with ultrasonic vibrations using the endoactivator. Ultrasonic technology can also help Dr. Brieg eliminate any obstructions within your root canals, including calcified tissue and/or removal of post and previously separated instruments.
Digital Sensors
Using digital equipment instead of the old film method, Dr. Breig can deliver high-quality x-rays faster. That means improved diagnostic capabilities. Handheld X-Ray Unit
Now you can sit comfortably while you have x-rays taken. And have fewer x-rays too. Created by NOMAD, our handheld x-ray unit offers more flexibility than outdated wall-mounted units. Its size and shape are more akin to a handheld power drill like you might own—without the sharp parts. What’s more, it’s self-shielded, providing protection from unnecessary radiation exposure and even allowing us to stay in the room with you while using it!
